• Game Data: In-game statistics, telemetry data, and UI overlays extracted via our Computer Vision and AI models.
• Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

• Provide Coaching: Analyze your gameplay videos to generate POV Analysis, Stats Extraction, and Movement Capturing insights.
• Train Our AI: We use anonymized gameplay footage to improve the accuracy of our AI models (Computer Vision and Strategic Analysis).
• Marketplace Transactions: Facilitate the buying and selling of digital assets/knowledge in our Knowledge Marketplace.
• Gamification: Track your progress to award badges, milestones, and leaderboard rankings.
• Communication: Send you coaching reports, invoice receipts, and platform updates.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: With cloud hosting services (to process video) and payment processors (Razorpay).

5. Video & Audio Data Retention

• Analysis: Videos uploaded are processed to extract insights.
• Archive: As per our "Performance History" feature, we may archive your gameplay data to show your improvement over time.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but you grant PIVAGA a license to use the content to improve our services and AI algorithms.
