1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User" or "You") and PIVAGA. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

PIVAGA provides an AI-powered eSports coaching platform that offers:

• Video-based game analytics.
• Strategic insights via AI.
• A marketplace for gaming knowledge.
• Community tournaments and events.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Plans: We offer Free, Basic (₹250), Gold (₹1500), and Pro (₹7000) plans.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Free Trial: First-time users may receive a 1-month free trial of the Gold plan. After the trial, standard rates apply unless cancelled.

4. Intellectual Property & Content License

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the gameplay videos you upload.
• License to PIVAGA: By uploading content, you grant PIVAGA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze the content to provide you with coaching insights and to train and improve our AI models.
• Our IP: The PIVAGA logo, software, AI algorithms, and "Coach" persona are the property of PIVAGA.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload content that violates the Terms of Service of the game publisher (e.g., videos of cheating/hacking).
• Upload illegal, harassing, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

"As Is" Service: Our AI Coach provides strategic advice based on data. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in:

• Winning matches.
• Becoming a professional player.
• Avoiding bans from game publishers.

You use the advice provided by the AI at your own risk.

7. Knowledge Marketplace

If you sell digital assets or knowledge on PIVAGA:

• You warrant that you own the rights to the content sold.
• PIVAGA takes a commission (revenue share) on transactions as defined in the creator agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
