Refund and Cancellation Policy

Note: This policy is designed to comply with Razorpay payment gateway requirements and Indian consumer protection laws.

1. Cancellations

  • Subscription Cancellation:

    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation:

    Your access to premium features (AI Video Analysis, Advanced Filters) will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month.

2. Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    If you are unsatisfied with the Basic or Gold plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

  • Pro Plan & Credits:

    Refunds are not available for the Pro Plan or one-time purchases of "Additional Credits" for AI analysis once the credits have been partially used.

  • Processing Time:

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Shipping Policy

Digital Goods: PIVAGA provides purely digital services (SaaS). No physical goods are shipped. Therefore, there are no shipping charges or delivery timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partially used credits or AI analysis tokens
  • Subscriptions renewed beyond the initial 7-day period
  • Marketplace purchases of digital content from third-party creators
  • Any services already rendered or content already accessed

6. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. PIVAGA does not store or have access to your credit card or banking information. For payment-related queries, you may also contact Razorpay support.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
